IceBubble was founded in 2014 with a straightforward belief: small businesses deserve software that actually fits how they work, and a team that takes the time to understand them before writing a single line of code.

We’re a UK software consultancy that doesn’t operate like a large agency with layers of account managers between you and the people doing the work. When you come to IceBubble, you deal directly with the people building your solution. That means faster decisions, fewer misunderstandings, and software that actually solves the problem.

Paul

DIRECTOR / SOLUTION ARCHITECT

Paul founded IceBubble in 2014 after more than 20 years working as a developer across IT and field marketing. He’s worked with high-profile clients delivering data capture solutions, reporting portals, and bespoke applications, and brings that experience directly to every IceBubble client. When you work with us, Paul is involved from day one.

Gio

OPS MANAGER / SENIOR DEVELOPER

Gio brings over 20 years of experience working with large-scale data at FMCG agencies, and has been with IceBubble for over 10 years. His speciality is the management and flow of complex data, and he leads our core SQL server infrastructure. If your business runs on data, Gio knows how to make it work harder.

Gabriela

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

Gabriela joined IceBubble with a first class honours degree in Computing Technologies and a sharp eye for detail. She works across web and mobile development, bringing a considered, user-focused approach to every project she touches. Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, she’s also a handy person to have around when clients span borders.

Fernando

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

Fernando joined IceBubble with a BSc in Computer Science from Lancaster University and hands-on experience across C#, .NET, SQL and more. He brings a broad technical range and a genuine enthusiasm for building things properly. Based in Manchester, he’s a welcome addition to a team that punches well above its size.
