Magic Briefcase on IceBubble CRM

Magic Briefcase is a brand activation agency. Its teams run product sampling, in-store demonstrations, roadshows, events and depot days at wholesale cash and carries, with a warehouse near Gatwick for the kit, point of sale and samples.

It is owned by the same person as Mirror Marketing, whose field platform we have built and run for years. When Magic Briefcase needed a system of its own, it came to us.

The challenge

Magic Briefcase needed everything a field marketing agency runs on: briefs, surveys, visit allocation, a field team, quality checks and reports for its clients.

It also needed to be its own business in every way its clients and staff can see. Its clients’ plans and results stay with Magic Briefcase, and its field team work under the Magic Briefcase name, not anyone else’s.

What we built

Magic Briefcase runs on its own IceBubble CRM, with its own database. Its clients, field staff and results are not shared with any other system.

The team build a survey for each brief, allocate visits to their field staff, check the results through quality control and report on them. Their clients log in to the client portal to see their own results.

The field team use the Magic Briefcase app on iPhone and Android, in Magic Briefcase’s colours. New staff download it to register, then use it to take work and complete their visits.

We host the system and the app, and support the team.

The result

Magic Briefcase moved onto IceBubble CRM in August 2026, and the whole agency runs on it: the work, the field team and the client reporting. The “secure, bespoke reporting system” described on Magic Briefcase’s own website is IceBubble CRM.
